SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY and DISCLAIMER

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

You may return most new, unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with your return authorization to ensure an efficient return. If you have specific questions about your return, call 612-843-1845.

Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order.  DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT, USE A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH TRACKING.

Please also note if your order was customized there will be NO exchanges or refunds after your order is approved. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.

Orders will not ship until payment has been received & cleared.

We offer FREE standard ground shipping with in the USA on all orders.

Items are shipped from MN within 36 business hours. If you need your item quicker, please select a USPS or UPS shipping option that will guarantee on time delivery.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS or UPS transfers to the buyer. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, HELD, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIS-DELIVERY ERRORS VIA CARRIER, INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO, OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS. 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches USPS or UPS. After that, it is out of our control.  

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS or UPS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express, or UPS Insurance shipping services. ONCE AGAIN WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE ONCE IT TRANSFERS TO USPS OR UPS, IT IS THEN THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER AND HANDLE CONCERNS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES.

OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US? We can ship to most addresses. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that international orders are subject to the destinations duties and taxes. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE LIST ITEMS AS IS, AND WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT SHIPPED. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
